Ciocconi® is an emotional chocolate, a dive into the past of my carefree childhood when I loved to run among the bee-teeming hives, which my grandparents, beekeepers for 2 generations have been raising with care on the lands of the Val Nera in Riotorto (LI) from which the gaze was lost on the Gulf of Follonica (GR). My grandmother Dalma was the first female entrepreneur in my family, who always gave me useful advice respecting the environment and bees, without whose pollinating work there would be no life on the Earth. The name Ciocconi is not a surname, but the assonance of 2 German words - a language I used for work purposes -, shock-chocolate-chocolates and honig-honey-oni, making anyone understand that it is honey chocolate. Our intense work in the production of Ciocconi® Chocolate is based on eco-sustainability and land reforestation in collaboration with the Vezua omnichannel platform, as well as promoting a proper nutrition always respecting the workers who allow us to draw on the highest quality raw materials, from Criollo beans of chocolate to acacia honey.Read their story
