Welcome to Ta doodle dah, where the magic of writing meets the creativity and imagination of children. I love handwritten notes and I believe there’s something really special about putting pen to paper and receiving a card in the post. I created my business, not only because I love designing, but to make it easier for parents to cultivate a love of writing and creativity in their children, as well as facilitating thank you card writing with the ‘fill in the gap’ cards. I offer a fun collection of notecards, thank you cards, and greeting cards designed by me, specifically with young writers in mind. I designed the doodle cards so busy parents can provide an imaginative activity, which can also lead to writing to family and friends in a fun, engaging way. I want to make products that make parents' lives easier and encourage children to use their imaginations and be creative away from technology and screens. I'm Jo and I've been a teacher for the past 15 years, however, I have just made the leap to be a creative full-time. I'm a self-taught graphic designer who started my business on the side in 2018 in order to design a birthday invitation for my daughter. Fast-forward a few years and I'm excited to put my focus into wholesale and my business and see where this exciting journey takes me. Plus, everything is printed locally in Kent (where I live), on FSC card and is recyclable.Read their story
