My journey to wellness started long before Komoni®. Born and raised in Manila, I was shaped by bayanihan—the Filipino spirit of community and care. Life moved fast in the city, but tradition grounded us. We ate what was fresh from the market, gathered that very morning. But my soul found its rhythm on my grandmother’s farm in Bicol—among rice paddies and mango trees. That’s where I learned to listen to the land, to grow with care, and to live in harmony with nature.
