About Heyworth Design Company

Folding paper since 1985. Heyworth Design Company creates unique Notebooks, Planners, Sketchbooks and Art Prints. Based in the North of England, we are committed to great design for an active lifestyle. We don't take ourselves too seriously and design and manufacture products to be used in everyday life. We have a love of the outdoors and aim to create and sell products that are as environmentally responsible as possible. Our journey started in 1985, folding paper and creating Zines, finding our way in the analog world. Since then we have worked in the creative industries in Liverpool, Berlin and Koln, opened independent gallery spaces right up to neighbourhood bars. In 2020 we decided it was time to start creating our own collections of paper goods and products that reflected where we are now.
