Meet Fat Head Honey, a husband-and-wife beekeeping team crafting small-batch, 100% raw honey from our hives across Nebraska. Our brand is named after our three bulldogs — PorkChop, Queen, and Harley — the original “Fat Heads” who inspired our playful spirit and no-nonsense approach to honest, handcrafted honey. Brian’s a fourth-generation beekeeper, and Kathy’s the creative behind our artisan infused, creamed, and barrel-aged honeys. Every batch is made on our farm — slow, simple, and ridiculously good. We rotate our seasonal and specialty flavors year-round, from cozy favorites like Salted Honey and Chai Creamed Honey to bold creations like Killer Bee Hot Honey and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Honey.
