About Sizzle & Smoke BBQ
My passion for BBQ started about 15 years ago when I was watching BBQ Pit Masters on TV. I bought a smoker during the pandemic and have been working on my craft ever since. I tend to lean towards the Texas style and flavor and enjoy making good food and making people happy. I decided to start by opening an online store and eventually want a brick and mortar, then to top it all off, I want my own BBQ place. Now! I am excited to have my own line of seasonings. We have six to start off with. I hope everyone enjoys the flavors.
