Among other things, we offer paid sick and vacation days, cover 65% of our employees' health insurance premiums, and profit sharing. We believe our employees are the key to our success as a business and ensure they work in a safe and inclusive environment. Our shop is powered by 100% renewable energy (solar and wind) and we ship through a carbon-neutral program. We use only 100% pure essential oils, lead-free cotton wicks and non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes. We also take pride in being a plastic free facility and strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever we can. We truly make earth-friendly candles! Order minimums: We guarantee the quality of our candles and want you to be happy! $250 minimum first order. $175 minimum reorder. Minimum quantity of two for all non-case items. Shipping rates: Orders under $500 will reflect the full cost of shipping charges Orders between $500-$750 will receive a 5% discount off shipping charges Orders between $751-$1,000 will receive a 7.5% discount off shipping charges Orders between $1,001-$1,399 will receive a 10% discount off shipping charges Orders $1,400 and over will receive FREE SHIPPING!
