On & Slow is an AAPI woman–owned brand founded by Elle, originally from South Korea. We create 100% soy candles and home fragrances inspired by nostalgic Asian scents, flavors, and thoughtfully crafted designs. Each piece is made with care to bring comfort, cultural connection, and a sense of slow living into everyday spaces. Rooted in her Korean heritage and shaped by life in the United States, Elle’s work reflects a balance between tradition and modern life. Growing up between cultures taught her to value intention, harmony, and the quiet beauty of daily rituals.
