KillBean is an independent coffee roastery based in London. We focus on small-batch roasting, traceable coffees, and flavour-led brewing. Our work begins at origin — collaborating closely with producers and projects that value transparency, ecological balance, and long-term quality. Rather than chasing intensity or trends, we roast with precision and restraint, allowing each coffee to express its natural structure, sweetness, and character. KillBean is both a roastery and a brewing space. We see coffee as something to be experienced slowly — through careful extraction, open conversations, and shared moments around the bar. Alongside coffee, we continue to explore tea and other beverages with the same philosophy: clarity, balance, and respect for craft. We believe good coffee doesn’t need to shout. It just needs to be honest, well-made, and shared.
