CityNeon was founded in 2019 in Ukraine, where we began creating custom neon signs and artwork. Due to the war, we relocated to Chicago, where we continue our passion for crafting unique neon pieces. Each of our artworks is designed to light up spaces with creativity and personal expression, blending traditional art with modern neon accents.
