4 of the teethers came In cracked boxes. They were packaged well, all 4 packed in a box then added to the shipping box with rest of order. I wanted to replace them or even just replace the boxes. I was told I would need to place a new order to get them. Said it was damaged in delivery. Wasn't damaged in delivery, no doubt they left the warehouse damaged. No response to my resent message. They didn't like Faire giving $11 credit at their expense. But fine with me having their unsellable product
