My daughter Jayda has an intolerance for Citric Acid (man-made), so we started making Apple Jelly. Imagine a 3 1/2 yr old loving this new homemade jelly to my surprise, haha Our love for making jams and jelly grew from there. Not only do we hand craft each flavor, but we also make every flavor with the least amount of sugar we can. So, in turn you get to taste the fruit first! We work with our local farmers to gather our fruits, and we only use organic ingredients, even down to the lemon juice.
