I am an abstract impressionistic painter living in Georgetown, Ontario with my husband, toddler and dog. Inspired by nature and textures to convey evocative paintings. Painting is my personal form of meditation, and therapy. By putting my soul into each of my paintings, it has help promote self-exploration and awareness into the darkest and lightest parts of my mental and emotional health. Mainly working with acrylics and palette knives, each painting is inspired by nature, the music I'm listening to, and raw human emotions that come out with each piece. I have restarted my journey with art during a time where I was struggling with mental health. Art has deeply helped me and continues to help me meditate, relax while being creative. Going though my own struggles, seeing friends and family struggle, and unfortunately loosing some beautiful souls, I knew I wanted to support mental health initiatives. 5% of proceeds from each sale are going towards the Canadian Mental Health Association at the end of the year.
