About essoc

essoc was born out of observation of active urban lifestyles on the streets of New York City. We spent several years adapting to life in our new home, New York, a city where people routinely walk long distances. As we settled in, we noticed something else: New Yorkers are stylish, and they move with ease. Finding socks to support that lifestyle proved a challenge. We tried them all, but they were too tight, too loose, too visible, too slippery. Eventually, we designed essoc, the sock we needed. Snug, dry, comfortable, non-slip, and stylish.Read their story
