About Modern Daily Knitting

We're Ann Shayne and Kay Gardiner, co-founders of Modern Daily Knitting, an online magazine that publishes something new for knitters every day of the year. MDK is the ultimate rabbit hole for knitters, with a large and enthusiastic audience of daily readers. Our independently published books are at the heart of Modern Daily Knitting.
