Misfire & Dread was born out of a passion for home fragrances and a commitment to healthier living. During my wife's pregnancy in 2020, I became acutely aware of the harmful toxins present in many commercial candles. Determined to create a cleaner alternative, I embarked on a journey to craft high-quality candles that would captivate the senses and appeal to fellow enthusiasts of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy genres. At Misfire & Dread, we take pride in using premium soy and vegetable wax blends for our candles, and 100% pure soy wax for our wax melts.
