Founded in 2016, Ispini began when a simple book on pork butchery brought home by my wife sparked a passion. That moment inspired the creation of our family business in Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Ispini - meaning sausages in Irish - we combine tradition and a love for fine food. Our recipes are influenced by ontenental classics with a nod to our own Irish food heritage. Each product is carefully cured, using only the finest ingredients and time honoured methods, ensuring authentic, flavourful charcuterie.
