Karen Pharr is a nationally known quilter and fabric artist. Many years of quilting left her with dry sore fingers and symptoms of repetitive motion disorder, including carpal tunnel syndrome. Available pain relief products left her hands sticky, smelled strongly, and stained her fabrics. Karen began researching essential oils and found relief! After seven years of experimenting, she formulated a blend of goat milk and natural vegetable glycerin with the essential oils of lavender, rosemary, peppermint, chamomile, birch bark, and eucalyptus. This “potion” worked great, smelled nice, and did not stain her fabric. Karen’s customers and fellow quilters quickly adopted her lotion and demand outgrew her ability to mix and bottle enough product. In 2008, she sold the formula and name to Richard and Karen Snyder. Two Old Goats, (TOG) grew rapidly and is now nationally distributed from Fort Worth, Texas. TOG has expanded its line to include an FDA compliant Arthritis Formula, Balm, Body Wash, Bath Crystals, and bar soap, all containing the same Essential Oil Blend.
