We are Mellelo Coffee Roasters, a small batch roasting company in Southern Oregon that has been in business for 29 years. Owned by partners, Kaitlin and Zachary Barrer, Mellelo is committed to offering our customers the finest espresso and gourmet coffee available. We believe that the quality of our service is just as important as the quality of our fine coffees. What makes Mellelo Coffee so special? We begin by selecting only the choicest Arabica coffee beans from the world's great coffee growing regions. All our coffees are custom roasted in small batches in our iron drum Probat machine 4 days a week. We offer 20+ varieties of roasts, several certified organic, all with unique characteristics and full of flavor. After roasting, our coffee is sealed in state-of-the-art, one way valve packing and delivered fresh to our customers. Read their story
