Items do not look as shown in person vs. pictures. First order almost all candles arrived broken or wax was cracked (boxes in perfect condition so I don’t believe this is a transport issue). Had a replacement order done and candles are still arriving cracked. However, replacement service and communication is great.

During periods of extreme cold, natural wax can unfortunately contract in transit, which can cause surface cracking even when packages arrive undamaged. This is one of the challenges of working with clean, non-paraffin waxes, but we know that doesn’t make it any less disappointing to receive an order that isn’t perfect. We’re very glad to hear our communication and replacement service met your expectations, and we’re already continuing to refine our cold-weather packing methods to better protect candles during temperature swings. If any of the replacements still aren’t up to standard, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we always want you to receive products you absolutely love. The candles do not look like the images, completely different colors. Also they are packaged haphazardly in the box with just packing peanuts, 3 different candles broke with glass everywhere. I would highly recommend the creator to consider packaging differently so they are not all free-standing glass candles clinking together throughout shipment.

Our candle colors can vary slightly from photos because they are hand-poured in small batches using natural wax and dye-free fragrance oils, but they should still feel consistent with what’s shown. We’re sorry they missed the mark for you. We also genuinely appreciate your note about packaging. We are actively updating our shipping methods — including additional protective wrapping and stabilizing materials — to prevent movement during transit, especially for glass containers.
