Little Rebels was born at 6pm on a Tuesday — staring into the fridge, exhausted, trying to get a vegetable into the kids before meltdown number three. I'm a mom and lifelong home cook, and like most families, I'd lived through the picky phases, the buttered noodles on repeat, the mealtime rejection. The options on shelves looked clean — until you flipped them over. So I built something myself. Entirely self-funded, built in the margins of motherhood — during nap times, after bedtime, between school pickups. I started cooking small-batch, veggie-packed sauces for my own kids and freezing them into single-serve cubes. The result? A pasta sauce that turns whole vegetables into a real, kid-approved meal in minutes. No waste. No half-used jars. No powdered cheese packets. Freezing lets us keep our food truly clean — no fillers, no added sugar, no shortcuts. Just real vegetables, real cheese, and bold flavors kids actually eat. What started as a solution for our own family quickly spread to other parents, and it became clear we were solving a real weeknight problem for families everywhere.
