Shelley (the daughter) has been practicing & teaching yoga for over 15 years. Kathy (the mother) got her first sewing machine at 11 years old. Together, this mother-daughter team loved yoga, sewing, recycling, spending time together and thrift shopping so they turned their loves into a love-filled business.
