The Cheese Shop was designed during the lockdown period, following the COVID-19 health crisis. Unable to travel to producers for their products, the idea of creating a system allowing them to continue consuming them without having to go out was born. We therefore went to meet exceptional producers in order to present our concept to them and to offer them the opportunity to sell their products at the national level. Known for its high quality cheeses, the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region offers a large quantity of diverse and varied products and specialties.
