About Heart + Herb Apothecary

Aromatherapy has been integral to my practice and personal life for years, leading me to become a licensed aromatherapist. These specialty therapeutic blends and products are crafted from my own recipes, inspired by my experiences as a heart mom. During my son’s hospital stay following heart surgery, we used oils to calm and relax him, and to help alleviate his pain. The first blend I created was ‘The Heart Mom,’ born out of my need to manage anxiety during our prolonged hospital stay. Each product is hand-blended and meticulously curated with a focus on healing and calming. A percentage of every sale in our shop goes toward supporting local Nashville heart families, advocating for congenital heart disease and raising awareness through an art mural series called Broken Hearts of Gold.
