I started my creative journey during the pandemic, as many people did, to regain a sense of self. I hate leaving negative reviews but I have reached out to the seller on multiple occasions after every single glass I received was shattered. I reached out immediately as soon as I got the package and have messaged multiple times since the first message. I have not heard back since the first message. This is disappointing and I am sitting here with 6 shattered glasses and no response from the seller.
