Founded in 2022, SochCo Designs began as a creative outlet for founder and graphic designer Sarah Och, who was looking for a way to balance her full-time corporate career with something more personal and community-driven. What started as a few neighborhood-inspired sketches has grown into a thoughtful, ever-evolving collection of over 200+ prints that celebrate the places people call home. Every SochCo piece is designed to capture the spirit of a town — the local coffee shop on the corner, the historic movie theater downtown, the parks, schools, and small details that make a place feel like yours. Each print is hand-illustrated by Sarah and printed in small batches using archival materials from her home studio in New Jersey.
