About Lily Mo

Hi - I'm Gail, the owner and designer/maker of Lily Mo. The name is a fusion of two names - my Great Aunt Lily and my late Mother Mo, two of my favourite ladies. My jewellery business launched in 2016 on notonthehighstreet and also on Etsy with excellent customer reviews. My jewellery is minimalist nature & wellness inspired, using sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver (vermeil). Many people think gold plated is 'fashion jewellery' by this I mean gold plated brass or other cheap metals. My jewellery is made from precious metals - sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver - known as vermeil. This is such a durable precious metal, a step up from cheap gold plated metals and a more affordable alternative to solid gold. All of my materials are supplied by British suppliers - I'm very proud of that! I work solo and my gems are created in a workshop in Edinburgh within a bead shop! Each necklace comes with a branded card and in a silver organza pouch. If you decide to stock my collection you will be in quite a unique position as it's not currently stocked in any stores - I've just launched on Faire. My average customer service rate for selling direct is 5 stars.
