About RunMitts

RunMitts, LLC is an apparel company that makes fleece and water-resistant patented mittens for runners and active people of all ages and abilities. Founded by in 2016, the company’s products were initially intended for the me. As a runner and former coach for Back on My Feet, I was frustrated that I wasn’t able to find gloves or mittens to keep my hands warm on winter runs, or ones that could easily convert to something cooler when needed. So, I designed a functional that can be folded back to release fingers and slide down the wrist with a pocket for a heat pack– all while a runner is still in motion. This alleviates the inconvenience of having to slow down or stop to remove mittens, stuff into jacket pockets, or worse – lose one on the street. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, I have a passion for sports and a love for Baltimore.
