Attached to its region and its preserved environment, the brasserie claims the naturalness of its products. The water used comes from Boraldes de l'Aubrac and each ingredient is rigorously selected.Our territory, Aubrac, has always been a source of inspiration for both organic beers and lemonades.Living in a preserved place necessarily encourages you to make the most natural products possible and to preserve the environment.Additives and preservatives are banned from recipes, the best organic raw materials are preferred.
