About Såseriet
Såseriet, meaning “The Saucery” in Swedish, was founded in 2023 by the head hot saucerer Patrik after having made fermented hot sauces for as a hobby about a decade. With that being said, fermentation is a big part of what we do and it is what gives the deep flavour and character to our hot sauces. We often also ferment fruits and other ingredients (separately) for even further depth in flavour and aroma. We take great pride in our craft products which are still hand-made and hand-filled and the focus on balance between quality, heat and flavour is everything.
