Hello! I'm Holly L'Oiseau, an autistic artist who designs and makes peculiar paper and weird wares in my 1890 Victorian home studio. I strive to make my shop as eco-friendly as possible by using recycled cardstock where I can and cutting back plastic use. I am Pennsylvania Dutch and am often inspired by folk art, Braucherei, old tales, and divination from my PA Dutch/German ancestors. Ghost stories and cemeteries also feature heavily in my work. In fact, in my spare time I run a website for an old Savannah cemetery, where I volunteer my time researching ancestors for people with loved ones who are interred there. I also am a volunteer for Parents of Murdered Children. As with many other autistic people, I have dyspraxia, which affects my ability to use my hands. This is why I make items in small batches for your customers to enjoy! Thank you for your understanding!
