My name is Hamid and I moved to Canada as a young man with the dream of bringing the flavours and tastes of the middle-east, and joining them with the foods and tastes of North America. I am passionate about supporting a lifestyle of health and fitness, and therefore recipes are all created using only natural ingredients and with time-tested methods, and made by hand. Fun Fact! Instead of using oil to roast our nuts and seeds, we use super-heated salts as the heat conducting medium.
