About The Byrd Golf

Where did you get the name? "The Byrd" is my (Kris) nickname that was lovingly assigned to me by my childhood friends because I had skinny legs and a big beak like a bird. It stuck, so I embraced it. Little did I know that several decades later I would use the name as my brand to build my dream company. I love being an entrepreneur and inventing things that help make life smoother, and more enjoyable. Why The Byrd Golf? The golf bug hit us hard during Covid when there was nothing safe to do indoors so we dusted off our clubs, went outside and became addicts. If you know me, then you know that I'm a rather fastidious fella believing that everything has it's place in this world. And it's no secret that golfers have a crap-ton of equipment that can be difficult to manage. It drove me nuts having to dig through my pockets or go back to my bag every single hole, multiple times to find tees, divot tools, and ball markers so I decided to do something about it and invented a line of golf accessories that keep your essential gear in place and within reach at all times, helping you to focus and be present on the course. At The Byrd we understand that concentration and style are key to a great golf game so it is our mission to bring focus and presence to every swing, from tee to green and to look good doing it.
