Daniel Bareket and Elya Adi, a vegan couple with a serious love for chocolate, were on a mission to enjoy the creamy goodness of milk chocolate—minus the dairy. In 2013, their cravings got the best of them, and they decided, "Hey, let's just make our own!" After two years of research, countless taste tests (lucky friends!), and plenty of trial and error, they finally hit the sweet spot. That’s when 7th Heaven Chocolate was born—a dairy-free chocolate dream come true, packed with the creamy sensation of classic milk chocolate, but without any guilt or animal products. Their plant-based chocolate didn’t just win over taste buds; it won hearts. The entire vegan community in Israel rallied behind them, helping their first brand, Panda Chocolate, become the go-to choice for delicious, dairy-free treats in the country. Fast forward to 2022, after a successful online run in the U.S., 7th Heaven chocolates, like their vegan caramel bars, oat milk chocolate, and non-dairy hazelnut treats, landed in iconic NYC stores like Zabar's and Westside Market.
