Kestrel Coffee Roasters has been making coffee better since 2018 in South Burlington, VT. In addition to selling their coffee wholesale, they also have three retail cafes in the Burlington, VT area. They ethically source specialty coffees from all over the world, with a focus on producing a finished cup that's high quality and approachable. Kestrel roasts everything in relation to the coffee itself. It’s all about the development: we want to make sure that whatever the origin, we bring out the best that coffee has to offer. Our offerings rotate quarterly alongside harvest seasons. Our permanent offerings include the Faster Than Light blend, the Elevenses Decaf blend, and a seasonal blend, Three Day in the summer and Thermal Security in the winter.Read their story
