Some of the best ideas start with a simple question: Why doesn't this exist yet? Ours started with a bourbon trail trip. We were planning the route, booking the distilleries, mapping the stops — and realized we had nowhere to actually capture the experience. Not in any meaningful way. We searched for a tasting journal that felt right for the trail: something that could hold bourbon notes and spirits finds and a favorite late-night pour, all in one place. What we found were options too generic to matter or simply not built for someone who moves between a glass of Pappy, a smoky Islay Scotch, and a carefully crafted rye depending on where the road takes them. So we built it ourselves. We're not just selling a journal. We're giving people a reason to slow down, pay attention, and hold onto the moments that happen around a good glass.
