A family-run business founded on the inspiration of Father Renato, who in 1990 decided to plant the first blueberry plant in a territory that had never experienced this cultivation before. Father Renato, an IT professional, decided to challenge the agricultural tradition of the territory by planting a completely innovative crop in the Moncrivellesi fields. A forerunner in the cultivation of blueberries, Mirbì was the first to believe in a different model of agriculture and to bet that our hilly territory could produce something other than wheat and corn, something good for health in harmony and respect with the environment. We offer an excellent product, processed exclusively by hand, with respect for the environment, certified organic since 2002. In 2008 we started producing nectars, smoothies, compotes, pulps, dehydrated blueberries, etc. and recently we have also started working on liqueurs and vermouths with the projects 'Morenica Liquori' and 'Moncraver'. In recent years, we have expanded the variety of crops by planting several rows of goji, blackberry, raspberry and currant. We have installed cutting-edge irrigation systems to optimize water consumption and reduce waste. Our main commitments are the continuous development and careful research of every state-of-the-art technique and methodology in 360° cultivation, in order not only to improve our products but also to minimize the environmental impact.Read their story
