A Naturally Italian Story. Rome at the end of the '60s, Paolo Scialanga and his wife, out of curiosity and passion, discover the world of herbal medicine. The son of food merchants, Paolo timidly proposes an herbal showcase at the family store, the business pleases, takes hold and takes off, supported by Paolo's great commitment and intuition. In a short time, the grocery store gives way to the family's first herbal medicine shop. In 1972, NATUR ERBE, the company's brand, was founded and it was immediately noticed on the natural products market, with its first great success: a slimming drink instead of a meal, a true innovation in the diet market of that period. This is followed by soy lecithin, which NATUR ERBE was among the first to introduce to the Italian market and since then curiosity and the desire to take risks have made NATUR ERBE a truly important Italian company.
