About Powder Butterfly

Hi! I am Corinne – artist, designer, mum of two – founder of Powder Butterfly; a design studio that creates a range of British contemporary homeware gifts. I was born in London but moved to North East England 21 years ago. I’ve always loved mixing new technology with artisan & heritage techniques. And I wanted to create products that shared my love of different locations in the British Isles. And this was where my design journey started. I have plans to expand my collections to meet the needs of my ever-growing international customer base so watch this space for new designs!! Finding just the right people to work with has been a key component to my success as a designer. I searched the country for manufacturers who shared the same ideals as me and found the best manufacturers, suppliers and artisans in the UK. All of our products are designed by me in Britain, and they are manufactured using only the highest quality materials. I love sharing my work with my community and the joy and delight that my products bring to so many people makes all of the hard work worthwhile.
