.. and when they reached out, they told me that it’s only happened with my store… implying what? The shard filled boxes went straight in to the trash, this certainly does not benefit me, or my clients (last order was a special request and I ordered just one because I knew the history.) I fully documented with pictures, and could hear the glass before I opened the box, I had to tear open the soaked boxes to get a picture to Faire. They were not open to feedback and instead blamed me. Not ok.
