About Golden Girl Granola

I was inspired to start our company when our daughters started making and selling home-made granola at our local farmers' market. The sisters created the recipes along with the character, Gigi, a combination of themselves and Pippi Longstocking, a childhood favorite. Despite baking more and more each week, they always sold out before the end of the market. At the end of the summer, the girls headed off to college; but customers begged me to keep baking their new favorite granola in the off season. The following years led to more farmers' markets until stores began to ask about carrying Golden Girl Granola as word spread. Customers throughout New England were thrilled with a granola that was crunchy, wholesome, and beyond delicious. Each batch of all natural ingredients with minimal salt and sugar, is stirred by hand--by actual bakers--and baked twice to bring out honest flavor by double toasting. Golden Girl Granola is so delicious that it has won an International Flavor Award for granola every year it has entered.
