The Bedrock Story began when our founder Steve Friedman and his family, like so many, was in search of a nutritious (but delicious!) Gluten Free bagel to satisfy their Paleo and Grain Free lifestyle. After constantly being dissatisfied by the available products, there seemed to be only one solution: making it themselves. Following countless experiments in their home kitchen, Bedrock Bakers was born! It all started with our Pagels - a Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher, Paleo Bagel made with simple ingredients so you always know what you’re eating. Now, we offer a lineup of delicious products that our customers cant get enough of. We cannot wait for you to enjoy them too!
