Based in California, MARGINS specializes in lost and unorthodox printmaking techniques. The studio expands traditional printing into sculptural and functional objects. Our timeless moon calendar is created by hand in Ojai, CA - a uniquely situated valley that translates from the Chumash word meaning ‘awhay’ or moon. We make every effort to work in accordance with sustainable printing practices that supports the balance of our delicate ecosystem. We carefully select recycled and tree-free papers and use water and soy based ink. MARGINS prints, cards, and objects have been carried by such innovative retailers including General Store, Oroboro, Printed Matter, and Shinola.
