About Snowcap Cold Brew

Maybe we're biased by the chill Vermont winters, but when it comes to coffee, we like it cold. The thing is, we don't like traditional iced coffee all that much: it's hot-brewed, which brings out the bitterness in the bean, and cooling it down gives it a bit of a stale taste. That's where cold brewing comes in. Replacing the heat in the process with time and patience, cold brewing allows us to make a naturally sweeter, less acidic, more refreshing cup of coffee that brings out the full potential and complexity in the flavor of the coffee used.
