About Land + Local

Land + Local is a woman owned company based in Sonoma County, CA crafting small batch botanical mixers and shrubs that celebrate seasonality and place. All our products feature hyper-seasonal and locally sourced, organically grown ingredients directly from our farmer friends and purveyors in Northern California and Pacific Northwest. The company was founded by chef and herbalist Kim LaVere, with a passion for bringing the benefits back to the kitchen and cocktails. All our mixers and shrubs contain beneficial doses of herbs and fruits that we extract from whole fresh fruits and botanicals. We believe in clean ingredients and no fake stuff, so we do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. Our mixers are delicious combined with sparkling water as a spirit-free spritz, or replaced 1:1 for simple syrup in craft cocktails.
