Mirra was founded in December of 2022 with the establishment of an intentionally and exclusively Nordic-style roastery in the United States as its aim. It is our goal for every lot we source, and every batch we roast to be nothing but outstanding; we judge this with relation to the purity and fidelity of each offering. Bright. Beautiful. True. In our approach to sourcing and green buying, we prioritize hyper-local, single-producer, single-varietal lots of outstanding quality and uniqueness of flavor profile, whose intentional cultivation, and careful processing at the hands of their producers yield beautifully clean cups with high flavor differentiation, transparency, and traceability to a given lot’s varietal and terroir. It is imperative to us, too, that the producers we work with be compensated fairly for the high degree of skill and labor required on their part to produce the degree of quality of the lots we purchase.Read their story
