Founded by the late Terry Scott (1948-2016) and Kenny Littleton, the family-owned company has grown into a regional retail leader with nearly 300 stores across 16 states, and more than one million square feet of store space. Today the business is led by President and CEO Steve Williams, along with an experienced team of professionals including executive managers, merchandisers, buyers, operations and regional managers, and store personnel. ​ We serve markets in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia, with expansion states identified for future growth. Factory Connection supports its network of stores from a state-of-the-art distribution center located at the Guntersville corporate headquarters. ​ As it has for more than 40 years, Factory Connection provides the latest fashions and fantastic values for our customers in smaller towns.
