About Daily Work Journal

I'm Jess Yen, and I'm a career coach and executive coach. During the pandemic, I made the career switch from data analytics in Big Tech to coaching full-time because I want to help people find confidence in their careers (and get new jobs, get promoted, live their best life, and more) while doing so sustainably mentally. I noticed that people were really hurting and languishing in the pandemic and didn’t have any easily accessible tools to help them navigate mental wellness and difficulties associated with a WFH environment. And thus, the Daily Work Journal was born. The Daily Work Journal is an undated quarterly all-in-one planner, diary, organizer, and tracker designed to help you regain your workday. Read their story
