Hello! Taylor here, the Founder of Broma. With a background as a personal trainer and a recent Master’s degree in Food Studies from NYU, I created Broma to offer a range of high-quality nut butters. We provide certified organic, vegan, gluten-free products, free from preservatives and refined sugars. Our special touch? Lentils! They add extra plant-based nutrients like iron, fiber, and folate to our almond-lentil butters. Each serving also delivers complete protein with all nine essential amino acids. Broma began with a focus on meeting the specific nutritional and taste needs of the elderly. However, as interest grew across all age groups, I expanded our offerings to include a variety of nut butters, such as our classic almond and peanut butters.
