About Lab 380

We're on a journey to design your favorite games. Through tabletop gaming, our team has found a loving and accepting community made up of people from all different walks of life. No matter your race, age, sex or sexuality, we see people joyfully fill the gaming space. It’s our goal to carry that same diversity and inclusion into the design space. By designing our own games, we hope more minorities, especially women and people of color, can see themselves on design teams, in publishing houses, and ultimately as the creators of your next favorite game.
